When we initially started speaking with Veronica we were nowhere near applying for a mortgage and hadn't even begun to look at houses, yet she still took the time to speak with us via video chat and advise us for over a year before we even applied for a loan offer. We couldn’t recommend Veronica and her devoted team enough, from the very start she went above and beyond for us. It was hands on by her and her team all the way, in the begining she set up tasks for us to do and promised if they were met we’d be in our own home the following Christmas. True to her word that has come to fruition. We had major hurdles along the way caused by dishonest builders and vendors but we now have our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. Those hurdles we encountered with estate agents and developers which caused us untold stress and worry was just a blip to Veronica/Irene and the Moneytree team. If it wasn’t for them we would have walked away. She never backed away once for us, she dealt directly with our estate agent, solicitor, engineer and more, having them all sing from the same hymn sheet. If you sent an email you always got a prompt reply, you leave a voice mail and they will always call back same day, whenever required video conference was set up same day to resolve whatever needed sorting. You simply couldn’t ask for more. We would class Veronica as a life long friend after our journey together and we couldn’t recommend Moneytree finance enough. Im slow to praise but if it wasn’t for Veronica we wouldn’t have our dream home. 5*****

We first began dealing with Veronica in December 2020 and she has worked with us constantly since then until nearly 2 years later. We knew nothing about buying a house and she made the entire process extremely simple for us. There was no such thing as a stupid question but she was much more than a mortgage broker. AIB recently expressed their surprise when my wife told them we're after buying a house - surprise that we never approached them for the mortgage!! Veronica in Money Tree was the polar opposite. Day 1, she began by telling us everything that we needed to do in order to be in a position to get approval on a mortgage application in the shortest space of time possible. Since then, she has ensured that we meet and surpass each target or deadline necessary to be able to secure the purchase on the lowest rate possible.
